Return & Exchange Policy
At Indian Scent Crafts, every candle and perfume is handmade with love and carefully packed to reach you safely. Since our products are crafted in small batches and made especially for you, we follow a strict No Return Policy.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
- Once the order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Defective Product
We take utmost care in packaging our handmade candles and perfumes, but in the rare case that your product arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to help with an exchange.
To request an exchange, you must provide a full unboxing video from the moment you open the package.
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any exchange requests.
If approved, we will send you a replacement of the same product.

We do not offer refunds, only exchanges in case of genuine damage.
All products are handmade, so slight variations in color, fragrance strength, or appearance are natural and not considered defects.
